Green Fee Board Meeting

Green Fee Board meetings can be attended in person in the Student Union conference room (Student Union 218) or via Zoom.

Are you passionate about the environment and sustainability? Do you want to make UAA a more eco-friendly institution? Do you want to flesh out your resume with leadership experience?

Then you can join the Green Fee Board today!

The seven students who sit on the Green Fee Board guide the use of all funding raised by the Green Fee—a roughly $3 fee assessed to UAA students. In past years, that funding has gone to install solar panels on the Admin Building, to replace energy-inefficient light fixtures in the Residence Halls, to upgrade hydration stations across campus, and so much more.

The Board needs more members to help lead UAA toward a sustainable future. To be eligible to join the Board, you must have a UAA GPA of 2.5 or above and be taking at least 1 credit through the UAA Anchorage Campus.
